We typically ship our orders in 2-4 working days (working days do NOT include weekends and public holidays). You will receive the order tracking link on Whatsapp and email.

Unfortunately it is not possible to change your shipping address once the order is booked for dispatch. Kindly contact us on Whatapp to check if we can change the address. If it is possible, we would definitely help you change the address.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order once it is packed and shipped.

If the order has not been shipped, you can contact us on WhatsApp and place a request. Cancellation charges of Rs. 99 would be deducted and the remaining amount would be credited back to you.  We deduct this amount as we have to pay the payment gateway and e-commerce platform a % of the transaction even if the order gets cancelled. 

For orders above ₹1298 shipping is absolutely free. For orders below ₹1298, we charge a shipping fee of ₹ 99.

We accept Paytm, Gpay, Netbanking, Debit Cards and Credit Cards. We do not accept Cash on delivery (COD).

We will try our best to judge the right size from the photo you provide. We may ask you for a couple of more photos if we are not sure. There is still a chance that the fit is not right. In that case, you can request for a size exchange.

We offer return pick-up (for most locations) for a pickup charge of ₹99, unless it is non-serviceable by our logistics partners. For non-serviceable areas, we will request you to kindly send your shipments to us. Also, return pickups typically take 10-15 days to reach us. We can only process the exchange after we have received the return shipment.

Please note that while we accept exchanges, we do not offer refunds. This policy allows us to maintain the quality of our products and services while managing costs effectively. Thank you for understanding.

1. To start with, let your dog sniff the shoes. Don't try to put them on. Let him get used to the smell and get comfortable. Give your pup a treat when he is doing that.

2. Once he is comfortable, ask someone to engage with him (with a toy or treat) while you put on shoes on just the back paws.

3. Don't put on the front paws yet. Let him walk. Expect a funny walk :) That's natural. He is getting used to shoes

4. Put on the shoes on the front paw on the same day or the next day depending on how quickly your pup gets used to the shoes.

We recommend that Zoof Boots are worn for up to 30 minutes at a stretch. You can increase it up to 45 mins if his paws are not sweating. If you plan to put them on for a longer time, take them off, let the paws breathe for 10 mins and put them on again. For long car rides, go for Zoof Casuals or Zoof Grips if you want shoes.

No, Zoof Boots are made for the outdoors. They are made of natural rubber to be waterproof. It is not suitable for all-day indoor wear as paws tend to sweat if worn for very long hours causing discomfort to the doggo.

Yes, Zoof Boots are washable using just soap and water. Do not put them in the washing machine.

If you are using dog shoes for the first time or this type of boots for the first time, you may find it a little tricky in the beginning. Check our video for reference. Also, stretch the neck of the boots couple of times. Start with back paws. You will get a hang of it in a couple of days and it would not take more than a few minutes to put on on all four Zoof Boots.

The life of Zoof Boots depends on your pup's walking style and the terrain. On an average, a set of 8 boots last for 7 to 8 weeks. However, we have large breed dogs wearing it for over 3 months and tiny breed pups wearing those out it in few weeks time. It's subjective. They are great for casual walks. Not meant for runs, intense playing or treks.

If you plan to not use them for a long period, dust Zoof Boots with talcum powder and store them in a dark box.

Natural rubber goes through a process called oxidation when left open and/or in highly humid conditions. Hence, when you wash the boots, you see a white layer. The colour has not faded. The boots will return to their original colour once dry. However, if boots are left in open for a very long time, the oxidation may become permanent. If you plan to not use them for a long period, dust the boots with talcum powder and store them in a dark box.

The neck of the Boots may become loose after a while. If they are coming off in 2-3 weeks of use, consider going one size lower.

No, Zoof Boots are carefully made to ensure that the blood flow is not restricted as long as the size is correct. However, we recommend it to be worn for not more than 30 minutes at one stretch as dogs sweat through their paws.

Pups cannot remove Zoof Boots easily once they are put on. However, they would definitely try to nibble at it. To avoid this, use a toy to play with your pup. Alternatively, you can take your pup out for a walk immediately.

The print on the Zoof Boots may rub off due to friction. If the boots rotate and the print comes in contact with the ground or if it is scrubbed hard during washing, the print may wear off. However, the prints are only for aesthetics, it would not affect the functionality of the boots.

Most of the stains would go away by washing. However, some stains may remain permanent. This is true especially if your pup has a heavy gait. Don't worry, stains are memories of happy walks. 😊

Yes, Zoof Grips are specially made to provide traction for senior dogs. It also helps them get up without slipping. If your senior dog is active, Zoof Grips will help in preventing undue stress on knee and hip joints. If he suffers from Hip Dysplasia / Arthritis, it will help manage the pain and protect him from further deterioration. Zoof Grips will not reverse or cure Hip Dysplasia / Arthritis.

You can put on Zoof Grips for all waking hours. Remove them when your pup goes to sleep. However, if he is wearing shoes for the first time, start with 10-15 mins under supervision and slowly increase the time over the week.

Make sure the fasten the velcro properly, even when not in use. This ensures that the hook doesn't attract dust and the stickiness remains intact for a long time. Store the shoes in a dry, dark bag when not in use.

Start by touching his paws when he is asleep. Proceed to start touching his paws when he is happy and playing. Let him lick his favourite treat while you massage his paw with Zoof Paw Balm. Try to do this every night before he goes to bed. In a couple of weeks, he would start enjoying the paw massage time with you.

Always put on the Paw Balm just before he goes to sleep. Massage his paws for couple of minutes and wipe off the excess.

All the ingredients are edible and completely lick-safe. But, to get maximum benefits, massage the Paw Balm well so that it gets absorbed by the skin.
