Exchange Policy

Our exchange policy is hassle-free and simple. You can request a size exchange within 10 days from delivery.

To initiate an exchange, please drop us an email with your order number at woof@zoofpets.com or ping us on Whatsapp.

We offer return pick-up (for most locations) for a pickup charge of ₹149, unless it is non-serviceable by our logistics partners. For non-serviceable areas, we will request you to kindly send your shipments to us.

Also, return pickups typically take 10-15 days to reach us. We can only process the exchange after we have received the return shipment.

The terms of exchange are as follows:

- Only size exchange is available

- You can request for exchange only once

- If the product is damaged or used, it is not possible for us to accept an exchange request. Please make sure that you use the product indoors. Also, if your trying our shoes to check for size, please clean your pup's paws before you put the shoes on

- Products that are sold in packs cannot be exchanged as individual items

- We ask that you preserve the product in its original condition with packaging

- Delivery charges are not refundable under the exchange

Cancellation Policy

In case you would like to cancel the order, it is possible anytime before the order is dispatched. Cancellation charges of Rs. 99 would be deducted and the remaining amount would be credited back to you. We deduct this amount as we have to pay the payment gateway and e-commerce platform a % of the transaction even if the order gets cancelled.

It does what it promises

I ordered from zoof when most other harnesses from good brands failed to keep Bosco in check. He has CKD with flareups of tick fever and in his bad phases, he gets hyper and is unable to control his impulses to furiously pull when faced with triggers. He is a rescue and almost always a great dog but any escape puts him and others in harms way. After a particularly bad incident, i ordered from Zoof and was scared and nervous but its been almost 2 months and the harness has done what it promises, there has been no escape, whereas earlier it took him a second to slip out, which meant that when he was walking well it was only because he wanted to not because i wanted him too :) . But so far this harness has kept him and others safe. I thank zoof and hope that the harness continues to hold for future as well :)

My indie hates this harness

Snowy, my rescue indie, had been a terror on the roads for about four years of his life. Chasing fast vehicles, killing cats/ smaller animals are things that he would do without a thought. So when I was moving, I decided to take him with me and as much as he loved having a home, his instincts would just kick in the second he saw a cat or garden lizards or any other animal. Walking him was a task because he would wriggle backwards, twist his forelimbs inwards and get out of his harness in seconds. Collar or harness, he knows how to get out of them all. After trying a few harnesses, I came across this 'no escape' harness and decided to give this a shot as well. The second day of using this, a cat ran across the road right in front of my dogs, and that's it, these two went crazy, crying, howling, pulling etc to go after the cat. Snowy tried to get out of his harness about 8 times and he just couldn't. Even if the first two straps moved, the third strap near the last ribs did not budge and he just couldn't get out! He was so angry that he just sat down refusing to walk!
Even after that day, he's really tried his luck to randomly check if he can get out of the harness, but he's not been able to. So now he's opted to sit down in protest mid-walks. This harness is a game changer for me! I love this harness though Snowy hates it!

Actual a scape free harness

I liked the product. I would appreciate if it can be provided in different colors as only red is available.
Hook to connect with leash could be little more stronger and bigger as it is pretty small and this harness is designed basically to dogs who pulling more than usual.

Otherwise safety features like lock buttons are really good.

Love these harnesses as they're truly escape proof and the handle on the back also helps me commit my dogs to "air jail" when they're being especially naughty!! I'm not so sure they like that option though hahaha

Amazing amazing product

Got this harness for my dog who is a top notch escape artist. She is a little tinier for a beagle and when I sent her exact measurements they customised the harness to fit her PERFECTLY with some room for also making the harness bigger in case she’s wearing a sweater or a coat! I’ve been buying their shoes since my dog was a puppy so I had no doubts this product would be amazing too
